Since its inception, the Jobsite Safety Institute has funded significant research and educational tool development through grants with local, state and national partners. Founded with an initial contribution from Builders Mutual, JSI plays a critical role in the reduction of jobsite injuries and elimination of jobsite fatalities. Research methods for JSI projects include real-world testing that can be applied to the jobsite as well as quantitative and qualitative studies. Subsequent results are shared through a variety of media, including published studies, training videos, and online resources. JSI benefits from partnerships with educational institutions, industry regulators, safety-focused organizations, and building associations across the southeast. Strategic Insights designed and built the JSI construction safety website after working with its principal investor Builders Mutual for 15 years.
